Ep. 9 - Interview with John Lynch (CBW organizer and CB facilitator)

John Lynch is one of the more experienced people involved with CB from the UK who in the meantime has moved to Ireland and lives there with his family.

He was only 19 or 20 years old when he first discovered CB and he is still a fan after all these years.

He has got experiences as a participant, facilitator and organizer.

In this episode he has shared about the benefits he has got through community building (like how CB has rescued his relationship over and over) and about his experiences with organizing CB events.

He thinks that CB is like a relational and spiritual meditation.
